Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten teachers in reducing bullying behavior among kindergarten children in Al-Bayda city. By answering the main question: What is the role of kindergarten teachers in reducing bullying behavior among kindergarten children in Al-Bayda city in light of some variables (specialization - experience - training) . The study population consisted of all kindergarten teachers in Al-Riyadh in Al-Bayda during the year 2023-2024, totaling 70 teachers and 110 kindergartens. The researcher selected 35 teachers using a systematic random sampling method to represent the study sample. 35 questionnaires were distributed to the sample, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) following appropriate statistical methods. The researcher employed the descriptive approach and designed a specific criterion for the study. - There are statistically significant differences in favor of the sample mean in the teacher's role at(0.000 significance level) . - No statistically significant differences in the teacher's role according to specialization at(0.75) significance level . - No statistically significant differences in the teacher's role according to training at (0.89)significance level. - Raise awareness of children about the dangers of bullying. - Train teachers on how to deal with bullying cases. - - Communicate with parents of bullying children. - Increase attention to bullying phenomenon through media. -
