The impact of artificial intelligence on the legitimacy of administrative decisions is gaining increasing importance, especially with the expansion of algorithmic systems to make decisions that directly affect individual. lives, such as employment decisions, classifying beneficiaries of social services allocating resources, and administrative over sight. Artificial intelligence as has become a partner in decision-making, raising fundamental questions about the extent to which these decisions adhere to the legal safeguards governing administrative work. Therefore, this study seeks to analyze how artificial intelligence affects the formation of administrative decisions and their compatibility whit the principles of legitimacy, ultimately proposing a legal and ethical framework that achieves a balance between the effectiveness of intelligent systems and the preservation of Fundamental individual safeguards.
