This research analyzes the alignment of Libyan Law No. 10 of 2023 with the 1958 New York Convention. It examines the judicial oversight mechanisms and the grounds for refusing the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. The study concludes that the new law fosters a pro-arbitration environment, enhancing international investment confidence.
